We are Julian and Gualo, the chefs behind dia'Z - two best friends with a passion for authentic flavors.
What began as casual taco nights with friends quickly turned into our mission to bring authentic Mexican flavors to Berlin. Inspired by journeys through Mexico’s taco hotspots, Guadalajara and Tijuana, where we learned from the best to create unforgettable taco experiences for every occasion.
